WastelandAssassin
well, you could try to install the latest driver, if you haven't already also, from what i know, the game has some problems, when an area is lit by more than one light sourcemeaning that if you have the pipboy light on, and the area is already lit, you may see some weird texture problems (white textures may be another result of the same thing, though i don't really know)

WastelandAssassin
i think it is lighting, but then again, i really don't knowit happens to me as well in Fallout 3, and i really don't know what might be causing thishowever, i do know that lights could cause textures to change (like an item changing color when under light), so this could be related to your problemcan't say for sure, but i can't think of any other cause for this
luthienanarion
Definitely a driver problem if it's explicitly telling you so. I would check to make sure the card isn't overheating and that other games don't have issues.
