Dijas
Hi there. I'm totaly new in TESC. All I wanted is to create a house and a bunch of NPC's inside. Building the house was kind of simple. But I can't put a Door Marker in the interior cell! I try to drag it from the Static and nothing happens. Conclusion: I can't start to build a simple house, wich gets me so frustrated! :( Can anyone help me with this one? I'd be greatful
Marxist ßastard
To link from the interior of a house to the exterior, double-click on the door and look through its options. Check the "Teleport" dialogue and select the cell that contains the door's counterpart (If it's a house built atop Marandus, you'd select cell "Marandus" when you're working on the interior door and "Marandus, Some House" when editing the exterior door), then click on the "Select Marker" button. The cell you've chosen should appear, and the marker that the door leads to should be showing and selected in the Render window. If it isn't, press "M." Move the marker as you would any other object and place it so that it is close enough to the door's counterpart and pointing away from its solid side. Be sure to repeat this procedure for both doors. Dijas
:) Thx very much. It worked fine! Now that my first house is almost built, God knows what I'll do in next few days!
