Derax Posted February 10, 2011 Share Posted February 10, 2011 (edited) I think the title says it all: As steam unfortunately does not let me choose the english version ( the main reason for me using steam are the different languages to choose from) I need an blood patch for my **** german version. All blood patches you now find are acutally outdated, that is why I cannot use any of the awesome mods out there :( Peace! No1? Im also not sure what a blood patch is. errr okay obviously you want a blood patch, but how exactly am i supposed to get one for you if you cant? and whats a blood patch? When I used the New Vegas Configator, I noticed and option that allowed you to turn blood on and off. It may be worth you checking that out.
