Yes. You can open up the mod in the CS and assign a different mesh, and if you make a new .NIF that uses the original shape and a different texture, you can do that with NIFSkope. It should be noted that if the mod currently uses stock meshes, you may need to unpack them. The procedure for this is explained in various threads.

 

If you want to simply replace a mesh that came with a mod, this is also possible, however I wouldn't recommend this approach, as it can alter resources that other mods may use, or can be undone if another mod includes the original file.
