I looked in the CS, and the only place I definitely and easily found skooma was on an NPC named Jzidzo in the town of Split. There is probably some other skooma hidden in some leveled lists. So if you are a skooma addict, you might have trouble in the Shivering Isles, although one of the beggar-type people you meet in Crucible is a skooma addict. If someone made a mod like this, where should the skooma in the Shivering Isles be found? I think there should be a dealer somewhere, similar to "shady sam". Until I find one though, after my current supply of skooma runs out I'll just have to "cheat" some into my inventory using the cheat console I think, such as with "player.additem", but I have to find the item number for skooma.
