moonlightwolf Posted February 11, 2011 Share Posted February 11, 2011 I'm creating some NPCs for a mod all of varied ethnicities but for some reason only their heads are using the right skin colour the bodies just show up white both in the geck and in game, I'm using Prodject Beauty face texture's and type three body replacer but this is happening for male as well as female NPCs. whats most odd is that all other NPCs in game, those added by other mods and the vanilla NPCs seem to be using the correct textures. Herculine Posted February 11, 2011 Share Posted February 11, 2011 Two things can / will fix this: 1) This setting in the .ini: bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles=1 2) Make the plug-in a master with something like TESsnip. enlo Posted February 14, 2011 Share Posted February 14, 2011 (edited) It's quite an annoying issue and seems to happen in quite some mods I'm probably looking for the wrong search terms but is there an explanation why this happens?How are the race textures done anyway, when checkin in GECK all default races have the exactly same settings on the body tab Is there a way to keep existing savegames with the esm-esp fix?
