black screen when i load into game

Hey everyone, so ive tried troubleshooting this the best i can but for some reason i start up my and it starts fine, the problem happens when i try to start a new game, i ditn have a previous save becasue i clean installed my game before modding so i can start over. when i start a new game it goes to a black screen, i can see items being added into the inventory and there is even the notifications on the top left of screen. it also says that project reality was succesful. ive ran a wrye flash, it has 2 oranges, FCO - Willow(scary)(not check marked), FCO - Willow(Checked). ive tried sorting masters in fn edit, but still nothing.

ive tried sorting master for FCO willow in fnv edit but havent gotten any results.

the enb i used is ENB Series v0.194

i also used all the mods in this video except blackout enb, i did add some as well.
