M for Map? Where is my hotkey?

My request is so simple, that i am sure its written and solved 1.000 times allready, but i just cant find it.

 

I want hotkeys for common actions, like World Map, Local Map, Inventory, Questjournal, Status, etc.

Every Shooter, Adventure and Actiongame offers this, i really cant understand, why its missing in Fallout and i have to klick through the Pip-Boy menu each time i want to open my Map or check my Questlist.

 

M for World Map, cant be so hard, can it ?

 

So, is there a Mod that allows to set my Hotkeys?

Simplest wayt it would just expand the key-settup in ingame option with some extra lines.

Even a command list to add to the .ini file would do.

I think theresa already a hotkey for the world map. I thinks its F3. Its going to be F1 to F4 for the weapons and map. i am not sure.
