specular pass and flickering wall textures

hello all, first things first i would like to say how great a community you all have here and i am glad to be a part of it. that aside, i will cut to the chase. in fallout.ini i have changed dospecularpass=1 to 0, it is essential for my system to be able to run the game at an acceptable framerate. this causes many indoor wall textures to flicker lit and unlit with the pipboy light on and there are indoor fog anomalies as well, such as certain ceiling and wall panels to not be obscured by the indoor depth haze. i am wondering if this is a common problem, if it has been addressed, and if anyone may have any tips to resolve said issues. thank you and i look forward to being a contributing member of your fine forums -carrie
