skills / leveling mod ?

Is there any mod, that will affect the leveling system ? I've installed official patch, unofficial oblivion patch and OOO 1.3d, but it seems it doesnt affect number of attributes i get every level and such.

 

there are mods that slow down the rate of incrasing skill level, but that's not what i want.

 

I mean , current system encourages me to be power-leveler and to take all my most important and most used skills as minor skills.

 

For example, if i choose Mage ( all magical skills as major ones ) i will level very quickly, probably with only +2 WIL or maybe +2 WIL and +1 INT every level...

 

and if i get those magical skills as minor skills, i will level when i jump enough times (if take acrobatics as major), and get +5 WIL and +5 INT becouse i was using magic skills often...

 

I don't understand the whole concept of it.

 

I've been playing many cRPGs and even some paper and pen RPGs, and every game is trying to make the world realistic. In oblivion, it's so easy to exploit the world, that it is sensless to achieve anything. Is there any mod that fixes that?

any idea which 'path of destiny' in KCAS i should choose? the wheel seems ok, but i dont know... won't i get the same reduced amount of attributes every level ? every skill is only like 70% influencing my most important attributes now, so seems like i will get even less attributes every lvl ?

 

i don't care about getting the most, just want to forget i have to worry about leveling up minor skills to get decent (not the best, just decent) number of attribute every lvl

 

when i was plyaing with KCAS i saw 'your willpower incrased to ...' , does it mean it will go up constantly without even me leveling? it seems ok for me, but just want to make sure
