What I wish I had known before I started the game

The big thing is that if you do the main quest with Martin etc all the other quests are a bit of an anticlimax after that. So do the main quest up to Weynon Priory, get your horse and take the main quest “Deliver The Amulet” no further. Do everything else first, then the main one.

 

Also you will need these must have mods.
