Need advice on Tail Armor mods

[VGI]

1. Will Argonians and Khajiit Wear Tail Armor mod which needs Quinntan's Tail Armor work with:

 

 

2. Razorpony's Armored Paws N Tails mod?

 

The second mod is only Khajiit-specific while the first, which is actually 2 mods, includes both Khajiit and Argonian.

 

Any advice?

 

UPDATE:

Razorpony's Armored Paws N Tails doesn't seem to work. Why is the Khajiit race still having vanilla feet???
