It seems to be more of a hybrid between a katana, and a kukri. Good thing you gave us a pic, otherwise a modder might've gotten the wrong idea. Seems very doable though, so you can go ahead and raise your hopes a bit. The only part that could be considered difficult would be the curves, most likely the grip. Good luck on your request!
