dragonslayer2k12 Posted July 6, 2015 Posted July 6, 2015 The rigging of the male cuirass mesh for nordic carved is screwed up big time! did anyone ever fix it? If you don't know what I am talking about, just go in game and put on the male version cuirass only then go to 3rd person view and look at the armor from the front while your character is idle. The right side chest area where the right pauldron is tied to the top of the chest plate the tie is supposed to be METAL but it is stretching like rubber and the mesh area around that tie where it connects to the chest is just moving around like some kind of goo or something. The only short term solution I can find is to use the dragon carved armor mod male cuirass and tweak the textures to look like default nordic carved. Did anyone ever fix this? I have been searching for a fix to this since dragonborn dlc came out:-(

dragonslayer2k12 Posted July 6, 2015 Author Posted July 6, 2015 The middle picture on that mod page is what the chest is supposed to look like and the picture on the left look at the male armor right side the pauldron tie is super low in the wrong place and the textures are stretching badly. That is what I am talking about it is horrible I can't stand it and unfortunately can't fix it myself.
dragonslayer2k12 Posted July 7, 2015 Author Posted July 7, 2015 I tried a program called mesh rigger to fix this armor and it did sort of work in some areas but made more problems in other areas! Also weight slider looks like some stretched out mess and doesn't work properly. I am thinking of just replacing it entirely with a retex of the dragon carved armor mod.
