craft .38 special rounds

I've been enjoying some of the smaller things in NV, such as the blackjack tables, but my true love in the game is the reloading benches(partially because I make my own ammo in reality for competiton shooting).

 

Now I'm really surprised - the .38 Special rounds can only be found or bought, not crafted. This surprised me because the case for a .38 special is the exact same case as a .357 magnum round - in fact, both are basically the same round though the .357 mag is, of course, more powerful.

 

Is it possible to add .38 Special to the list of craft-able ammo types?

If you were to add a mod to it, sure.

I did a quick check on NVNexus and I didn't see anything though, but it might be covered under a larger mod
