datwheezy Posted February 17, 2011 Share Posted February 17, 2011 Hi, I understand how to install mods that add to and replace existing textures/locales/quests in the Fallout 3 game, but I was curious on how to set up a mod so that it is the only thing that is accessible to the player. I am working on a mod that I would like to take place in its own universe, and be separate from the Fallout 3 game. How would I setup the mod when making it in GECK, packaging it, and when running it via FOMM/FOSE so that it forces the player to make a new character and drop them into the mod without access to Capital Wasteland/Fallout3 (at least without using terminal commands)? I dont need a step by step process, but a rough overall idea of what I need to do would be extremely helpful. Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
