I don't think they we're consciously allied with the Reapers. I think they made it pretty clear Harbinger was fully controlling the poor Collector General against it's will... They got a raw deal. The Reapers used and abused them so badly. :( They were abused but after that they became little more than robots; all tech and no 'soul' as it were. This conversation with Mordin explains it all. kezz2020 Posted February 17, 2011 Share Posted February 17, 2011 I probably would have felt some sort of sadness for the collectors/Protheans.......But seeing the bodies piled and discarded made me lose any remorse......although listening to Vigil on ILOS was saddening to hear their fate.
