kingtitan
I am using Robert's male body and I am having issues with the textures looking funky whenever I wear certain types of armor. The body texture looks fine without armor or clothing on but with some armor and clothing, most notably slof's boners and a re-mesh of the merc grunt outfit from fallout 3. These are the only ones I have noticed so far. I AM using archive invalidation and fomm (although i install manually, fomm only confuses me). Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this issue?

Quetzlsacatanango
The Roberts conversions for NV use the old UV that's incompatible with breeze (or vanilla of course). I don't know why they did that. The upshot is that it won't work out of the box with anything made for the current FO3 version, which uses an updated UV that preserves compatibility. There are a couple ways to get around it, depending how much work you want to do.
kingtitan
Work isn't an issue as long as it doesn't jeopardize the game (which i dont know why it would). Whatever you think is the best way is good for me, just let me know and I'll see what i can do about it.
kingtitan
Also, I would be willing to switch to Breezes if I knew how to do fomod... the instructions on the download page are for a previous version and I usually do all my installations manually instead
Quetzlsacatanango
1- Get the fo3 version of the roberts body and make your armors with that. You'd have to redo every NV armor to do it right. This is what should have been done in the first place.2 - Convert your fo3 armor to use the Roberts mesh they used for the NV conversions. You'd have to redo every armor you reuse from fo3.3- Fix the UV map on either the fo3 armor or NV armors. This is essentially the same thing as 1 and 2 by different method. You'd still have to do every one.4- make your PC a custom race with the fo3 body and only wear armors that use that body (and make sure NPCs don't)
kingtitan
Well the only problem with all that is that I dont use nifscope or blender or any of that stuff so that's all kinda out of the question. However, if you don't mind answering this, how do you make breezes a fomod? I would use it except the instructions given in the readme is for an earlier version of FOMM and assumes the reader knows how to make the file into a fomod. I am a manual installer so if you dont mind giving me some help on that, that would be great.
