Hide yout identity

I really don't know if such a mod exists, so I'm making a request.

Basically what this mod would do is add an mask which hides your identity. So if you do any good or bad actions it would affect how the AI behaves toward the PC while it has the mask equiped.

Example: You equip the mask, kill somebody in Goodsprings and its people will attack you as usual, then run away or hide, remove the mask and when go back to Goodsprings its residents won't attack you because they don't know who it was.

It doesen't need to be a mask, it can be a pair of glasses so the user can put on something else on its face so it gets more immersive.

There's a similar mod in Skyrim but i can't remeber the name.

As far as I know, there is no mod in New Vegas. (Also, the Skyrim mod is called Sneak Tools.)
