Pokemon mod

Hey so I made a mod that lets you turn frag grenades into pokeballs and plasma grenades into masterballs. I thought it was pretty funny anyway :tongue:

 

Someone suggested making them so they spawn a creature, I'm just wondering if there's any way of making this happen through scripting or whatever?
