can anybody make the power armor in New Vegas Fattened?

when i saw the E3 of fallout 4 i saw the power armor was a bit bigger with the legs and the arms wich made it not look like a suit and more like power armor and now i wonder... can anybody like make the power armor a little but fattened or something? you don't have to make it resemble the armor in the trailor (no idea how you would do that because you can customize the armor but whatever) but just a bit fatter on the arms and legs. i mean if a guy could do the monster mod and such then it shouldnt be impossible to make my request then (you can say no, but lets see where this goes with my thread)

Yeah I'm working on it, as well as making a go/world model (the model of the armor when your not wearing it) that is free standing, ala fallout 4. And ideally, at some point an animation (both for the armor, and the player entering the armor).

 

I was working on a request for simply scaling the power armor in all 3 dimensions (and will probably finish up that mod at some point in the near future when I have the time), but the dynamics are wrong. You should only gain height in power armor by increasing the space below the feet (ie something like platform shoes) and above the head (thickness of the helmet). In a mini mechs like they have in warhammer, the user is in a fetal position suspended in biogel inside the mini mech's torso, so the restrictions on the length of the limbs (including the head) is a non issue. But in fallout where the armor has to conform to the limbs and their respective dimensions, I think there are more limitations.

 

In addition I think this new play mechanic would have effects upon game mechanics like weight. Perhaps the new power armor would weigh in the neighborhood of 250 or 300 lbs, making it extremely difficult to carry (although it would have it's own weight bonus when worn, so it would not impact the player/NPCs weight). This gives it aspects similar to a vehicle (which is what I think we are seeing in FO4). To make up for this disadvantage a balance could be found by increasing the DT a significant amount. This would also reinforce lore from earlier fallout games in regard to power armor.

 

But there are details to work out, like how the pipboy would display, as this theoretical mini mech suit would be have significantly more girth of the left forearm, and be inaccessible in any case since it would be worn internally to the armor. Perhaps a pipboy replacer that functions as the suits HUD display.

I saw a Mod that does this,don't remember the Name though.Was something not-obvious.
