Weird type 3 body and eye glitch

Ok first off, if this question has already been answered. Please direct me to the proper page, my search on the web as proven fruitless at the moment.

 

Anyway, I've been having this weird set of glitches in my game and was hopping someone would have the solution on how to correct them.

 

Basically, i'm having two of them at the moment. The first one that the type 3 body on my character has lopsided breasts. The left one is a C cup while the right is a strong D. This even shows up while any sort of clothing is equipped and just looks odd.

 

The other one is i'm having this weird eye glitch on my player character. Instead of looking forward, there looking both left and right at the same time. Each 'eyeball' has two sets of eyes. Originally it was able to correct this with the HD eye mod, but now it's returned after I install a few texture packs.

 

Any solution to this would be helpful and I thank you for taking the time to read this.

I forgot to mention, this only occurs with the Mojave Delight presets. The others don't seem to have this issue.

The breast size would be determined by the body an armor replacer. You are at the mercy of the 3D artist's perspective. It takes a lot of hours to get good perspective & speed in 3D modeling. If I don't like the work someone did, then I don't use it. If you feel strong an brave, then start working with meshes. You would get results in about a month, but it would take time to get good. Lot of hours. You would go with Blender 249b in LHammond's set listed in FO3 downloads or get a license for Autodesk software 3D studio max.

 

The eyes are FCO I believe. It uses a weird looking map an new eye mesh. So the textures in MD that the game it telling to put on FCO's mesh are incompatible as the FCO eye map is a little weird. Ghogle I think his name was made a great set of HD eyes, not many knew about it or used it. In both Ghogle's version an FCO the idea was to map each eyeball to a different texture. So we could have two different color eyes, an also increasing the map size dramatically. *ahem* even though in the game world it's a tiny tiny eyeball.
