Borderlands 2 inspired .308 Rifle

I'd like to get a really cool looking gun made:

For Borderlands 2 players this is a modded weapon, it's Vladof sniper with the Elephant Gun skin from Hamerlock's Hunt. In practice, I want an M-14 with the colored pattern, A Borderlands scope (Maliwan or the Farmington's Edge scope) with a fore grip and if not too inconvenient, the Hyperion trigger, and above all, a drum magazine. A standard Battle Rifle stock mesh is A-OK with me.
