Mod Manager v 0.53

Hi everyone,

 

 

So mod manager v 0.53 has been released which will allow players to merge mods once again with patch 8 without the work around needed before.

 

Unfortunately, I'm still slightly confused by the directions I found for the mod manager update to v 0.53 and was wondering if someone could clarify/help:

 

 

 

1.)Should I delete my old mod manager or will v 0.53 use the existing mod manager program I have to update itself? To phrase it a little differently, am I going to wind up with 2 mod managers should I download v 0.53?

 

2.)It was mentioned that I need to move a patch update folder before downloading the new mod manager. Do I place it back where it was once origins is done updating my game? (I'm a little confused by this step)

 

3.)Do I need to create a new merge folder, or can I keep my old one?

 

4.)Are there any old patches I need to save? If so, which ones?

 

 

 

If anyone has any insight or step-by-step directions for updating, it would be most appreciated! I'm a little hesitant to update mod manager or my game until I am more confident in what I'm doing.
