Colonized Freeside performance

Hello all Nexus Fourm users, I am starting this topic because of the fact that my mod Colonized Freeside's (http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=38974) harware requirement is getting out of hand. You see, the mod adds MANY NEW NPCS AND A WHOLE LOT OF LIGHTS, so I need someone to reduce the performance destruction. My geck insists on crashing for some reason so I need someone else to fix this problem for me.

"But how do I do it?" you ask, well very simple, just reduce the lights radius for all barrels and lights to half their radius, and if you know how, make it so the game only loads certain parts of the map at one points of time like in interiors.

If you have any know how with the geck, have a pc strong enough to edit the game, and believe you can do what I ask please PM me.

You know, if you already know what to edit and everything, you can just use FNVEdit to edit those settings (pertaining to the lights in your mod in this case) in your esp file. Nothing is rendered, no GECK, so I'm guessing you should be able to do this. I haven't used this program extensively, but then again I haven't been modding for long. But it is an invaluable tool to weed up random stuff which becomes part of the mod due to carelessness while using GECK (especially object placement in interiors/worldspace) and clean it up in general.
