is their a function to make npcs look in your direction

Hi All,

 

my first ever mod is starting to get a little heft, its to do with the facial expression engine in the gane /9the way npcs frown or smile at you) im plugging that into some existing research and making my own quest line that uses facial expression as an input modality. but thats not the point of this post. I was wondering if anyone is aware of a simple way to get an npc to look at you as they pass you by (or within the range of 200 feet/metres whichever measurement that function uses), im going to be doing this to groups of npcs but thats fine as if i can do it to one, i can do it to many:P
