I'm inside Veronica Bug

Whenever I enter a different area or fast travel my Companions will spawn into me sometimes very very close which causes us to stuck together then fall under the map. I tried loading my previous save even the one when I haven't still modded same thing happen.

Please I really do need help my game is unplayable with companions
