CTD problem.

I'm a pretty big noob when it comes to modding, and this is my first forum post.

 

I've recently installed NV on steam, downloaded NVSE and the NMM to get some juicy mods, but recently I've been getting a pretty brutal CTD when walking around outside. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does it is quite annoying because ctrl alt delete does nothing, and I am forced to turn off my computer to get out of the problem.

 

Here is a list of my mods. I'm still pretty new when it comes to things like load order, and tried to make them all correct based on what I've read, but I'm sure I've messed up royally somewhere.
