Ragdolling on random hits

I've recently had my latest game rendered practically-unplayable by the weirdest bug I've ever seen: random enemy attacks cause me to ragdoll and fly into the wall as if a giant had hit me. I thought it had something to do with being attacked while in the middle of a power attack animation at first but further testing seems to indicate that it really is totally random. Even a single Skeever managed to ragdoll me once with a regular attack.

 

I've been testing it by letting two Frostbite Spiders beat on me while I healed myself and no combination of mods turned off seems to be fixing it; it just started happening in the middle of a game and hasn't stopped since. It even happens with tgm on and a mod that specifically makes the player immune to knockdown. It doesn't happen all the time but it's frequent enough that I can't really melee at all without getting thrown around. Any thoughts?
