Male, I'm a guy and tend to play as a guy. I did make one exception, that was when I started playing wow and modeled a character after my then girl friend

I'm a huge fan of the original KOTOR series, it's probably one of my first major RPG's, i too played a female Revan, i loved the story choices, and yes I remember the choices on Taris, i played a male later on just to compare the differences between the two.

yeah Taris had the most over all differences between the sexes that werent major plot points. but i did like beating the game for the different possible endings as both.

Yeah the one thing i never agreed with was why they blew it up, as far as I'm concerned it was probably the best planet to play in the entire game, But yes the overall experience of KOTOR was my path way to bigger RPGs

actually there was a plan to return to the planet in the third game... but them the whole thing got scrapped when they cancelled the sequel.

i prefer onderon and duxen from KOTOR II but felt they were far to small. even tatooine felt small, but for the era i guess they were decently big.

I think Duxen was my favorite planet in Kotor 2, but yes agreed, they were overall very small planets, but then again most gaming maps back then, wern't the size they are today.

To be honest after Mass Effect 3's big upset ending, I'm not putting my faith in Bioware for anything anymore, But i guess we'll wait and see, the whole KOTOR 3 has been going on for far too long, they need to put up or shut up, Til then Skyrim and Witcher 3 are the only games I'm interested in right now

honestly... i think they were having issues figuring out how to end the game (i havent finished the ME series yet but heard there was an outrageously stupid ending) also i heard something about the authors for it being rushed.

the whole KOTOR 3 has been going on for far too long

actually what happened was Lucas games hit a massive road bump (they went broke) so they ditched almost every single project to try to recuperate their losses. then ended up making an MMO out of the series when another company spoke up and said they wanted to give it a go. since then they actually started really thinking about it almost to the point of getting it up on the board to see if they can green light it when Lucas sold Star Wars to Disney who followed up with giving the finger to the entire expanded universe and creating a new rule of everything released (books, comics, games, movies, and TV shows) will be 100% cannon. so they put the idea back on the back burner and are waiting to see what Disney is gonna do. so we might hear more about it after the first few movies are released.

oh but in good news 'Spaceballs 2: Search for More Money' may become a thing after the newest movie. (made by the same director and have the original Darth Helmet.)

As far as I'm concered Disney needs to start watching what they say and do, because if they are held responsible for ruining the Star Wars franchise, they might find themselves in hole they can't get out of, I understand Lucas having creative issues and a lot of flack from fans for the prequals but selling his own vision to Disney really didn't sit well with me, I used to play The Old Republic, but over the last year or so i lost interest in MMO's altogether, I like the direction J.J. is going with the Force awakens, despite what all the fanboys complain about. As a huge fan of Star Wars, I'm glad it's not going to be the same plot and story, don't get me wrong i loved Darth Vader as much as anyone else, but after reading all of the books, and all the spinoff shows, there are so many more intersting characters to work into a film. I have told so many people through the years that a movie based around KOTOR would have blown all six movie's out of the water, I don't know what is about KOTOR but it just has a very special essence to it, that it keeps drawing you back in, i own both games on PC and even though the graphics aren't like what we play now, i still love every minute of it. The main reason i play games like Skyrim and Witcher, is because of the story's or how the writing is done. The company behind the Witcher series is in a league all thier own, i give them mad props for the Witcher 2, That game is just epic from beginning to end.

agreed friend... i was ticked off about the retconning of the entire expanded universe... it was quite unnecessary. though i believe we should move off this topic as we kinda hijacked the thread. lol
