I want to make the Golden Dragon Claw buyable

However it's putting a duplicate item in or won't appear in inventory at all.. I want to make it so you can buy the one on the riverwood traders counter for 1000 gold I already know how to edit gold value but I can seem to get this to work no matter what I do.

Instead of adding the claw to inventory to buy.

Why not just write a simple dialogue where it shows when you speak to Lucan (Trader).

eg; "How much for that claw on the counter"

Lucan says "1000 and it it it's yours"

You say "For that price it will go nicely in my collection!"

Lucan gets the 1000 and the claw gets added to your inventory (with ownership set to you).

 

Can probably provide a brief esp example if you like.

Here you go, you can try this if you like.

After you have returned the claw and it's sitting on the counter at Riverwood Traders, you can talk to either Camilla or Lucan and ask them to buy the claw.

 

Select the dialogue option "Is the Golden Claw I returned for sale?"

Follow the dialogue to purchase the claw.

Either of them will only offer the dialogue while in the Riverwood Traders.

Also will only offer if the original Golden Claw on the counter is enabled (In other words you have completed the claw quest and returned it).

I installed it but the option doesnt appear i copied everything in the correct folders I even tryed to use the NMM and thanks btw

Sorry about that, forgot to add the SEQ file.

 

SEQ folder belongs in the Data folder.

eg: Data\SEQ\GoldenClawPurchase.seq

 

That will fix the dialogue not showing.

Alright well the option shows up but he just says of course here this is for you and it doesnt take gold or add the claw noir remove it from the counter.

Right on bro thanks it works. I've been trying to learn how to use the CK I tried to get something like this for hours. Thanks a ton this will also help me learn how to do similar stuff in the future.
