Morrowind Quest Log

i wanted tou know if there was an enhanced journal. you know i was playing morrowind and had to stop playing it cuzi was too far in the game and i had a quest log in my phone cuz the ingame journal didn't tell me which quests were done and which were not. so i accidentally lost (broke with an axe) my phone and lost the log i had... and didn't know which missions to make... so i wanted to know if there was already a way with a patch, a mod, a new version, something i didnt see or what! it would be really helpful. something like... kind of ANY other game!!! active missions, finished missions, etc.
