a simple mesh request

I have a very simple mesh request for those that know how to do it. It would be a crisscross minimal bikini pattern thing with a single color texture. But the pattern is not something pre exsisting an something I would like to have done, I have been expermenting with niffscope and I can delete parts from meshes but thats about it. Any help advice or offers would be greatly appreciated and i can pay too! Ok not much like 20 dollars or so and only through paypal.

I suggest you find a picture of the type of bikini you are talking about, so that people can understand what you mean. If necessary, edit an existing picture of a bikini to show what you want extra or different.
