TheFourthHorse Posted February 24, 2011 Author Share Posted February 24, 2011 After extensive testing and fiddling with the mod manager I finally discovered the mod causing all the trouble, "Binoculars and Scopes." After deactivating the esp the problem was resolved with not only the test characters but the original save that started it all. Why this problem only manifested after the destruction of Megaton is still a mystery to me but I'm just glad to say it won't be missed. Thank you blove and coin409 for your responses.
