Javalin
The problem I've found with the GECK. Is that you can't load up any plugins which for example would require Point Lookout, and something that would require Zeta. But on the Oblivion Construction set, you were able to load up different plugins and remain working on an active file. But then again, maybe it's because it didn't have as many ESMs. But at least it gave you the option to combine all loaded plugins. Anyway, I have started to make a mod, but for some reason, I've selected The Pitt (not particularly sure why - It's a badly designed DLC) to create it. Realising my mistake, I found myself unable to load up Point Lookout with it (Better Data). Is there anyway of Exporting Cell data to a new mod?I realise you can export it, but it just leaves it as a .TXT file rather than an esp, which is useless because GECK just crashes anyway (UNSTABLE BETHESDA SOFTWARE AGAIN! :P) Cheers. wetblanket
To have multiple masters you need to edit 'GECKCustom.ini'. This is found in the same folder as the saves folder (on my system this is 'My Documents\My Games\Fallout3'). Look for the line 'bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=0' (about line 100) and change the zero to a one ie. 'bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1'. Make sure to backup the ini before editing. coin409
Tip:If you can't find the text in the .ini, if you use notepad, just go to "Edit", then "Find" and paste the thing in and you'll find it.
Javalin
Ah, thanks. :D Certainly going to be merging them now into one area now :D - Only problem is, I've built my mansion just off the map! Bad times. Edited February 22, 2011 by Javalin
