Cyrodill Exterior Issues

Never mind... it seems to have gone away after doing BSA Alteration and then reverting settings to BSA Redirection.

It was a stupid question. I was being antsy about possibly messing up the BSA files.

UPDATE: And I was mistaken that it had fixed itself. It came back late last night after I found another distance/angle that resulted in the error popping up again. Found I had view distance set to LOD. Now reduced the VDistance to see if if it will fix the issue, but I'm getting doubtful.

I've had an issue ever since using HQ textures for Cyrodill... been there since last year, I just seem to have never asked about it.

I'm using Swiveller's Structures for everything he had put out when I was roaming for mods last year, and Illumination Within Revival (Windows, Shutters, Lights).

I have OBMM installed with BSA Redirection for the Archive Invalidation Method. I believe the author of OBMM stated to do that, or possibly HGEC did. Either way, that is the current setting, and were recommended.

Aside from that, I don't have anything that strikes me as being at plausible fault. Everything else I download either replaces meshes/textures to higher res versions (with or without easy ESP activator) or adds new content to interiors or inside of the IC. IWR is really the only exterior mod that I have that drastically effects the world, and yet active or inactive I still get the issue.

I even LODGen to ensure that is not the issue, but that does not fix it.

I'm not certain if I should pick one of the other options (BSA Invalidation / BSA Alteration) or try to go ArchieInvalidate Invalidated.

I'd just like to know why the IC exterior lights up as if day-lit when I view it at distance from certain angles.

Figure someone likely knows the most probable answer and if it isn't that then at least I know I have to start digging a little deeper.

Everything looks fine when I look at the horizon with no real angle to the cam. As I look up or down angle slowly, I eventually encounter the issue, but it appears it occurs both on the structure and on the reflection of the structure differently, depending on view angle.

Idea 2: Video settings with LOD active without HDR Lighting

Result: Nope, still get the issue

I'm beginning to feel the LOD is the entire cause of the issue.

I think I have a copy of my original Oblivion BSA, so I might try going back and removing the HQ textures/meshes and see if that does the trick, should playing with the settings not work, which they seem not to be.
