In certain places, for example in Novac the house that has the nightstalker killing the brahmin, when i go inside my screen turns black with a giant blue/white floating light that moves when i move. i can still talk to the husband and wife inside and when i move to a corner of the room it goes away but comes back if I move around anywhere. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and is it a ENB issue or a texture pack issue or just a game glitch?
