They are just using the TFC console command while in third person mode. However, there is a mod that allows you to hotkey that functionality.

I was told that this mod exists, so I don't really know.

But it's a mod where you can feed on a person when they aren't sleeping, but you don't use a spell. As in, when you activate an NPC and you're a vampire it gives you the choice wether to feed or not, I really hope I'm making sense

I'm afraid my question might have been overlooked being one of the last few on the page, so I'm reposting it, I would really like to know which mod this is, if anyone knows.

This one uses a hotkey for feeding, rather than spell. I don't remember if any others do it. And what do you mean by choosing? Don't you get to choose in vanilla?

what I meant was that instead of your victim being asleep you could feed on them while awake.

This one doesn't say anything about feeding, except to give you a console command that will set your blood level to maximum, but I will download it and try it out.

Don't know if you, or anyone else has mentioned it but there is LTD's Vampire Overhaul

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=27329

It allows you to hypnotize a victim and they will allow you to feed on them at will. If you feed too much it can kill them, though.

If you manage to hypnotize a caster that can heal themselves, you've got it made.

One thing that I noticed was that if you get certain npc's that are part of a quest or storyline, once you take them back to the lair, they tend to go back home, but you can feed on them there, if need be. This makes it possible to set up feeding buddies all over the map.

You can turn vampirism on and off whenever you want and it is very customizable. I prefer to get bit and become one that way. You get quests from the one that bit you and the enhancements that you get to choose from as you complete quests are very nice.

I hate vampires in this game, but this mod is one that changed my mind.

Check it out and see what you think.
