As in, one that allows you to play as a Fire Atronach (Obviously). I might be thinking of the one for Morrowind, but I thought I saw one for Oblivion too. I think it added some other things like like a town in Hammerfell and a ruined town full of bandits. Ithink it was called northern border fort or champions stronghold.
