Dang, that stuff looks awesome, I'd love to have that claw particularly, but that whole outfit is just awesome.

 

That is a staged screenshot, the claw is from the lycan body suit, everything is bits and pieces of various mods. Try a pm to the uploader of that image you might get lucky.
