Just keep in mind, Japanese Modders don't speak English well or at all, and it will scare them off. This is what happened or at least that's what I think happened to the big JP Oblivion Modding site, and due to a sever overload as well I think. Also, if you haven't noticed, some are brave enough to venture to English modding sites.
