The first is a Tera rip and therefore not something you'll be likely to find in these parts. The second looks like a private mash-up, probably made by the author of the pic.

Can you guys help? Would that be this? http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13385 I also remember a mod that allows you to cast a spell..I think to a corpse and you can lift the corpse with ease.
