Usually done by chinese or korean modders and shared amongst themselves privately, sometimes you can get your hands on it by visiting 3dmgame, though they're usually passworded or placed in a 'for friends only' things very quickly (or even taken down entirely). Unfortunately, because it's illegal, the links to them can't be given publicly, but maybe someone who has it will be nice enough to share it privately. It's probably one of the "Aion Packs" that alllll61 has made. Unfortunately, these are all "Friends only" now, or deleted links. The head I used is actually NOT a "human" head (aka a head suitable for playable races), but a creature head. The creature is from the mod "Mystery of Mausoleum", it's the female ghost creature.
