She's very inspired by the sexual themes of Giger, and his work on Aliens, hence the armour. Armour can be found here: http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=24756 though there are numerous retextures available for different body types, so you might want to do a search for 'giger'. For the mod that allows a playable dremora, click on AlienSlof's name in that link and it should list all her uploads, including that one.

I skimmed over a stock armor replacer a while ago that had either that or something close to it for the female DB armor. I definitely remember the low cut top and the hotpants-type shorts. It replaced a lot of the vanilla Oblivion armors at the same time, so I never used it. I'll try to find it again. edit: More Revealing Armor for HGEC
