Ok, so I had this mod downloaded, but then I bought a new computer, and lost it, and now I can't find it again. It was an armor/clothing/weapon store in Cheydinhal, and the shop keeps were big teddy bear things. The clothing was more modern style. It's driving me crazy that I can't find it.

I am really fond of the feathers being wore on the head. I know there's a headband that has the feathers in KF Chapel, but I don't really like that thick headband. I am wondering whether there's a mod that only gives the feathers like the one in the screenshot?
