Oblivion Mod Detectives

I found two mods with sailable ships (Pilotable ship and Marie Elena), but unfortunately I cannot use them as I sink through the deck all the time.

Are there any other mods which would better?

Exnem's body has the stock clothing and armor replacer to better match exnem's body, and I have seen one that has a "sexy" version on the forever closed site, the only problem is that since that site closed down I have not seen the "sexy version" again where is it?

I used to run a Mod that made it easier to sell tons of items to Merchants. It simply kept the confirm message box from popping up every time you want to sell something. You had to be careful with your items, but it was worth it for anyone making a living off Alchemy.

 

Additionally, when you wanted to sell 'all' items in a stack you held shift down. I've since lost the mod, any ideas?

my friend told me today about a mod that lets you get rid of bodies ( delete them). I know it's real but i couldn't find it anywhere.
