It auto resets your body based on your strength. it comes default with robertbody but you can go in and set the bodies you want easily to what every you want. the hard part is choosing the bodies you want. it took me days to settle with what i got. there are way to many choices if you use the bodies in the Set Body mod.

They are just using the TFC console command while in third person mode. However, there is a mod that allows you to hotkey that functionality.

But it's a mod where you can feed on a person when they aren't sleeping, but you don't use a spell. As in, when you activate an NPC and you're a vampire it gives you the choice wether to feed or not, I really hope I'm making sense

This one uses a hotkey for feeding, rather than spell. I don't remember if any others do it. And what do you mean by choosing? Don't you get to choose in vanilla?

Bonus if the weapons are HUGE and large!

 

Ive spent hours trying to find swords like those but with unsatisfactory results :(
