I finally got the urge to play Oblivion again (yey!), but it's been a while since I've played it so I'm not all up to date on what mods/addons you ABSOLUTELY need to have.

 

From what I had before it was some-what a must to have the Unofficial patch for both Oblivion and Shivering Isles and, of course, those "LOD Texture Replacements" (3 of them?). I suppose I need those this time too or what?

 

Got any recommendations or "must-have" mods/optimizers/etc.?

I'm looking for a dodge/flip animation mod where you hold the block key and tap a directional key plus jump.

This mod causes the player to cartwheel in the chosen direction.

 

I know it exists because I did have it, but I cannot remember the name of the mod to retrive it.

 

I have deadly reflex, sephs new animations and acrobatics.

 

are you sure you don't mean the standard animation you can do when your acrobatics is high??

try that first cheat it to 100 or so :P

 

hmm I thought that was the high block to dodge like that, what does acrobatics give you?

Summery of Mod:

One of the very first mods that I downloaded for Oblivion when the game had first been released back in 2006, was a Weapon mod for Blunt weapons, that upon killing an enemy creature or NPC, "blasted" the enemy away from you, almost as though hitting a baseball with a bat. Combat itself was normal until you delivered the "Killing Blow". There was then a shimmery effect (Like when you kill a Mythic Dawn NPC) a second before the creature or NPC went flying. The closest mod that I can use for example, was the mod where your arrows would send enemies flying the second you hit them.

 

Sadly, I lost the mod in question & over 8GB of Oblivion mods when my HDD failed in 2007. I know the info above is very vague, but it's the best I can remember. I hope it's enough to jog someones memory.

Men, i´ve been searching like half an hour a fkin well-made Lycanthropy mod!!!! This is unreal, the TesNexus werewolf mods are hilarious... could you find me a good mod abour Lycanthropy? I mean a normal one you know... like vampiric transformation, but with werewolf.

 

I think all mods i´ve found about this are useless, because in some of them u´re not a real werewolf, u only use an ''armor'', and in others u need to be holding a strange weapon to become werewolf and guards want to kill u...
