Those dual swords are Nico's scimitars and as far as I know they can be found here on the Nexus. I've been trying for the past night to find the the mod that includes this armor in it, without much success. I am from Germany so usually I get the "this video is not avaiable in your country blah blah", but I double clicked it and was obviously redirected to the next video in the playlist without that message.
