Looks like Shell of the Artifice ( original HGEC) albeit somewhat modified.

 

EDIT: Looks like the one in the image you linked is the UFF version.

nooooooooo! another rip...

well, it happens... thanx for the other file, it could still serve another purpose and i found some other nice dresses but i just realized what i really want probably doesnt exist yet so maybe ill have to make them myself (when i learn how)

 

By the way... all those rips; how does people do them from other games? i guess the file extension is not the same so maybe theres a converter program or something...

having trouble finding a fix

 

that makes it so that the neck seam is not as visible, make it appear smaller or disappears

i think it did have a mistake in it though that changed high elf hands to imperial hands for some reason but it made neck seams much more tolerable

 

or anything else that also gets rid of neck seams, (not necklace hide seam mods)
